Official Rules – The Hidden Jams Atlanta Concert Ticket Giveaway
1. Sponsor
The Hidden Jams Atlanta Concert Ticket Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by The Hidden Jams (“Sponsor”).
2. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
4. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on Monday, June 8, 2026 and ends on Monday, June 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”).
Entries submitted after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, participants must:
Visit the official contest link provided by Sponsor.
Create or log in to a The Hidden Jams account.
- Rank at least ten (10) songs from the designated artist catalog on The Hidden Jams platform. If you have already ranked ten (10) songs prior, rank an additional ten (10) songs.
Agree to these Official Rules.
Upon completion of the above requirements, participants will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries by the same individual may be disqualified.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will be conducted on or about Tuesday, June 9, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Prize
Each winner will receive:
Two (2) tickets to the concert in Atlanta, Georgia on June 10, 2026. The concert will be at The City Winery in Atlanta.
The number of winners will be determined by Sponsor.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) will vary based on ticket value.
8. Prize Conditions
Prize consists solely of two (2) concert tickets.
Travel, lodging, meals, parking, transportation, merchandise, and all other expenses are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
9. Winner Notification and Alternate Winners
Winner(s) will be notified via the email address associated with their The Hidden Jams account on or about June 8, 2026.
Winner(s) must respond and claim their prize within four (4) hours of notification.
If a selected winner:
Does not respond within the required timeframe;
Is determined to be ineligible; or
Declines the prize;
Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor may continue selecting alternate winners until all prizes have been successfully awarded.
10. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, state, and statements related to the Promotion for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
12. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, partners, employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents from any liability, claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
13. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to The Hidden Jams Privacy Policy and may be used for administering the Promotion, communicating with participants, and other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
The Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.\
15. Winner List
To request the name of the winner(s), send an email to contact@thehiddenjams.org within thirty (30) days following the drawing date.
