This sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by The Hidden Jams (“Sponsor”), in collaboration with Marc E. Bassy (“Artist”).
2. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Void where prohibited by law.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, Artist, and affiliated partners are not eligible.
4. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on April 15, 2026 and ends on May 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”).- The winner will be selected on or around May 4, 2026.
5. How to Enter
To enter:
Visit The Hidden Jams platform at [thehiddenjams.org or app]. Specifically, you must go to https://thehiddenjams.org/contests/marc-e-bassy-chicago-show-sweepstakes
- Create an account (if not already registered).
- Rank at least ten (10) songs from Marc E. Bassy’s catalog.
- Agree to these terms and contest rules.
Each eligible participant who completes the above during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) entry into the drawing.
Limit: One (1) entry per person.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
- Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Prize
The winner will receive a trip package for two (2) to attend Marc E. Bassy’s show in Chicago on June 14, 2026, including:
Round-trip economy airfare for two (2) from a major U.S. airport nearest winner’s residence to Chicago, IL
- Two (2) nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy) at a quality hotel near the venue
- Two (2) concert tickets to the show at City Winery Chicago
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,500–$2,500 (final value may vary)
8. Prize Conditions
Travel dates are fixed and must align with the concert date.- Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary.
- Guest must be 18+ or have parental consent.
- Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize components of equal or greater value if necessary.
9. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via email associated with their account within 3–5 days of the drawing.
- The winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize.
- Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
10. Publicity Release
By entering, participants agree that Sponsor and Artist may use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Promotion.
- Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
12. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Artist, and their respective affiliates, partners, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of the prize.
13. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to The Hidden Jams’ Privacy Policy and will be used for administering the Promotion and platform engagement.
14. Governing Law
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state laws of the Sponsor’s principal place of business.
