Official Rules – The Hidden Jams Futurebirds Ticket Giveaway
1. Sponsor
The Hidden Jams Futurebirds Ticket Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by The Hidden Jams (“Sponsor”).
2. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
4. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on August 11, 2026 and ends on August 16, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET (the “Promotion Period”).
All entry requirements must be completed before the end of the Promotion Period. Entries received or completed after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, participants must:
- - Visit the official giveaway link provided by The Hidden Jams.
- - Create or log in to a The Hidden Jams account.
- - Rank at least ten (10) songs from the Futurebirds catalog on The Hidden Jams.
- - Agree to these Official Rules and complete the required giveaway entry process.
Upon successful completion of all entry requirements during the Promotion Period, the participant will receive one (1) entry into the random drawing.
Limit one (1) entry per person.
Ranking more than ten (10) songs is permitted and encouraged but will not provide additional entries or increase an entrant’s odds of winning.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, automated, or otherwise invalid entries.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The potential winner will be selected and notified no later than August 17, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- Two (2) tickets to see Futurebirds live in concert
- Concert Date: Friday, August 21, 2026
- Venue: Georgia Theatre
- Location: Athens, Georgia
Only one (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of two (2) concert tickets.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $110.
8. Prize Conditions
The prize consists solely of two (2) tickets to the Futurebirds concert.
Travel, airfare, lodging, meals, parking, ground transportation, merchandise, and all other costs or expenses associated with attending the concert are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.
The winner and guest are solely responsible for their ability to travel to and from the venue and attend the concert.
The prize may not be redeemed for cash. No prize substitution or transfer is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
If the concert is postponed, canceled, rescheduled, or otherwise materially changed for reasons outside Sponsor’s control, Sponsor will have no obligation to provide travel, lodging, cash reimbursement, or a substitute event experience, except as Sponsor may determine in its sole discretion.
9. Winner Notification and 24-Hour Claim Period
The potential winner will be notified using the email address or other contact information associated with their The Hidden Jams account no later than August 17, 2026.
The potential winner will have twenty-four (24) hours from the time the winner notification is sent to respond and claim the prize.
The winner may be required to confirm eligibility, provide requested information necessary to deliver the tickets, and agree to any additional release or eligibility documentation reasonably required by Sponsor.
If the potential winner:
- Does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification;
- Cannot be contacted using the information provided;
- Is determined to be ineligible;
- Declines the prize;
- Fails to provide information reasonably required to deliver the prize; or
- Otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules,
the potential winner will forfeit the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
10. Alternate Winner
If the initially selected potential winner forfeits or fails to claim the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Because of the time-sensitive nature of the concert, Sponsor may establish a response period of twenty-four (24) hours or less for an alternate potential winner.
Sponsor may continue selecting alternate potential winners, as time reasonably permits, until the prize is claimed. Sponsor is not responsible if the prize cannot be awarded before the event because selected entrants fail to respond or satisfy the eligibility requirements within the applicable response period.
11. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, and statements regarding the Promotion for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation or notice.
12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who Sponsor determines has tampered with the entry process, attempted to manipulate song rankings or entries, provided false information, violated these Official Rules, or acted in a disruptive or fraudulent manner.
Sponsor’s decisions concerning the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of the winner are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.
13. Release of Liability
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree, to the extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, promotional partners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, delayed, or undelivered entries or communications resulting from technical failures, email filtering, incorrect contact information, network problems, or other circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.
14. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Promotion and otherwise handled in accordance with The Hidden Jams Privacy Policy.
By entering, participants acknowledge that they have reviewed and agree to the applicable privacy terms associated with The Hidden Jams.
15. Governing Law
The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send a request to: social@thehiddenjams.org within 30 days of the drawing date.
17. Social Media Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, or any other social media platform through which the Promotion may be advertised.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that any applicable social media platforms are released from responsibility relating to the Promotion.
18. Artist and Venue Disclaimer
Unless otherwise expressly stated by Sponsor, Futurebirds and the concert venue are not sponsors or administrators of this Promotion and are not responsible for the administration, selection of the winner, or fulfillment of obligations by The Hidden Jams.
